Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease contains a newly discovered coronavirus.

1. neem leaves.
Neem is known to be a powerful immuno-stimulant and that’s what makes it ideal to have in current time when the entire world is under the constant threat of novel coronavirus infection.Neem leaf and its constituents have been demonstrated to exhibit immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antihyperglycaemic, antiulcer, antimalarial, antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties. This review summarises the wide range of pharmacological activities of neem leaf.
2. Steam inhalation and salt water gargles.
it helps to prevent lung and throat infection symptoms.
Deep steam inhalation: If you do not have an inhaler at home, place a pot of boiling water in front of you, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam from the pot slowly. To be safe, make sure you do not bend too close to the pot.
Hot water drinking: Drink hot water atleast 7 liters per day.
Salt water gargling: This can be done by adding rock salt or pink salt to warm water.

 
3. Pranayam, meditation, yoga.
Yoga is a great tool to help improve respiratory health and immunity, both of which are involved in the prevention and healing from COVID-19.
basic asanas, surya namaskar,nadi sudhi and bhramari pranayama with deep dreathing exercise improves immunity. According to the survey yogis didn’t have any covid symptoms.

4. Detox Juice
Boil a glass of water with one teaspoon of crushed/grated ginger roots. Strain the water it in a glass, add one tablespoon lemon juice and half teaspoon turmeric powder. Add some honey or powdered jaggery and black salt and drink.
 Turmeric, lemon & ginger are rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties, which are stated to cleanse the body and streathen immune system.

5. Kabasura Kudineer
Kabasura Kudineer is a well known Siddha medicine that consists of a whopping 15 herbal ingredients, each of them having unique characteristic features of its own. But this Churnam is extensively aimed for boosting the lungs, improving respiratory mechanism and treating infectious conditions like cough, cold, fever and other respiratory infections. This Churnam became quite well-known during the times of flu owing to its therapeutic and curative qualities.
The Churnam though in powdered form is generally consumed after infusing it in water and making a decoction or kadha like consistency.

6. Arsenicum album
Arsenicum album is considered to correct inflammation in body. It takes care of diarrhoea, cough and cold
Arsenicum album 30, daily once in empty stomach for three days. The dose should be repeated after one month by following the same schedule till Corona virus infections prevalent in the community

7. Sleep:
Sleep and the circadian system exert a regulatory influence on immune functions. Sleep deprivation can affect immune function in several ways that lead to enhanced susceptibility to the common cold and pneumonia with poor sleep efficiency.
