Free Yoga Classes

 

We invite you all to practice yoga every Sunday morning 06.00 AM in SANCYA entirely free of cost. Our aim is to teach yoga to everyone, Beginnings can be exciting because they help us find that childlike sense of wonder. Initially one might feel a deep sense of motivation and energy that helps take that first step, but eventually proper routine practices only helps to progress in both spiritual and day to day life. Two elements are essential in order to fully achieve your goal: diligence and the energy to stick with it.

Settling into a daily routine that includes yoga isn’t always easy. However, it’s helpful to remember that even 10 minutes of yoga a day can have positive benefits on your physical and mental wellbeing. By making sure to set aside some time daily and vary your yoga practice, you can easily fit yoga into your routine every day.

With daily practice the physical work will become second nature and the mind will gain the ability to focus, trust, and let go. The repetition of a single routine will also bring changes to the body’s strength and flexibility. If you are really serious in learning Spiritual Yoga then SANCYA is the place for you.

Qualification : Minimum 20 years old with a yoga mat.
